G.NA’s “Black & White” takes 1st win on “M! CountDown”

Songstress G.NA's new song has newly triumphed on this week's music cable channel Mnet's music program.

G.NA came in at first place on Mnet’s live music show “M!CountDown” on Thursday with her song "Black & White," the title track to her first album of same name.

“Wow, oh my god! Did I really win?” exclaimed G.NA in her acceptance speech, unable to contain her excitement as her back dancers brought out a cake to celebrate.

“Black & White,” that sings of two lovers as different as the colors black and white, is a pop-style dance number containing strong beat and a variety of other sounds.

MBLAQ’s “Stay” came in at second, TVXQ’s “Why (Keep Your Head Down)” in third, Kim Bo-kyung “Day by Day” in fourth and Secret’s “Shy Boy” in fifth.

Other singers that performed at this week’s “M!CountDown” included Dal★shabet, Lee Jung, Park Hye-kyung, Dalmatian, Jewelry, 5Dolls, Hangroo, Flower, Mighty Mouth and Oneway.
