Korean indie band 10cm is gearing up to fill the stage with their unique melody in two weeks' time.
The duo will show their comeback performance of the second effort “2.0” on Korea's portal Naver on October 10 at 10 p.m. KST, according to their agency Ten Music’s press release Thursday.
On the same day of the album’s release, the singers will perform selected tracks listed in “2.0,” including “Farewell of Han River," “Tonight” [both translated title] and “Fine thank you and you?”
The long-awaited record is the outcome of 10cm members’ passion for music that aims to bring more than their signature acoustic guitar and djembe sounds, the official added.
10cm, formed of vocalist Kwon Jung-yeol and guitarist Yoon Chul-jong, first appeared in the music scene here with “10cm The First EP" in 2010.
Since receiving broad popularity with their 2010 mega-hit single “Americano” in 2010, the band has been considered as one of the most successful indie artists here.
