Korean boy band MBLAQ's leader Seung-ho suffered an injury during a pre-recording session of Mnet's music program today.
"Seung-ho was taken to the hospital after injuring his back while performing one of the acrobatic moves for the group's follow-up song 'Run'," an official with their agency J.Tune Camp told 10Asia over the phone on Thursday.
The official explained that Seung-ho had prior back problems and performing the powerful and difficult choreography for "Run" may have caused the back pains to reoccur.
"He is doing fine right now and is resting and receiving treatment for his injury. We will determine his upcoming schedule after we get his results."
Seung-ho made his debut as the leader of the five-member boy band MBLAQ with other members G.O., Lee Joon,Cheon-dung and Mir in 2009.
The boys recently finished promoting their title track "It's War" from their "MBLAQ 4th Mini Album 100%Ver." and will kick off activities for their tune "Run."
