G-Dragon tips classic yet classy look in new single

While Typhoon Bolaven is pounding South Korea hard with strong winds and heavy rains, this did not stop G-Dragon from bringing a new solo single to his fans' sights.

Through talent agency YG Entertainment's blog, YG LIFE BLOG, G-Dragon revealed Tuesday that his new solo effort and music video will become available online on September 1.

Titled "Ge XX" in Romanized Korean, the album embraces the "Heartbreaker" singer's classic yet classy new look as seen by the unveiled photo.

G-Dragon has made a quick transformation from a wild hip-hop artist in "ONE OF A KIND" music video into a wealthy musician, donned in a flamboyant style of a black jacket with a tattoo on his fingers that says "Rock."

YG's music producer Teddy is on board again to co-compose and -write the Big Bang member's new single, but no further information regarding G-Dragon's comeback has been mentioned by the firm yet.

Last Saturday, G-Dragon unveiled his music video for "ONE OF A KIND," which the officials explain is the prelude to the singer's new single.

The trendy hip-hop single has attracted nearly 6 million viewers on its official YouTube channel as of Tuesday evening with luxurious items from Chanel and Chrome Hearts bringing another joy in watching the clip.

G-Dragon is the first member in the group to pursue singing activities as a solo artist this year. All members have released solo albums to date and the group's latest record is June 3 release "STILL ALIVE," the special edition of the fifth mini-album "ALIVE."
