Korean songstress Ivy’s new ballad album has been set to drop late this month.
Ivy’s “INTERVIEW,” her first mini-album composed of only ballad and medium-tempo tracks, will be released on April 27, the singer’s agency Polaris Entertainment said through a press release on Tuesday.
“Ivy’s strength as a singer is in the depth of her emotions and her captivating voice,” the officials noted. “We maximized her talent in that area and filled the track list with ballads and medium-tempo songs.”
So far, the singer has released three official albums since she broke into the music scene with the debut album “My Sweet And Free Day” in 2005.
Since then, she has been promoting all her releases with, what the company calls, ‘double title songs,’ meaning that there are a ballad title and a dance title in one album.
Some of her popular past hits include “Sonata of Temptation,” “A-Ha,” and “Touch Me.”
