Korean ballad group 2AM has moved up the release date of their upcoming Japanese single, according to the group's promoter Big Hit Entertainment.
A rep with Big Hit told 10Asia on Friday that 2AM's second Japanese single, featuring the Japanese version of their ballads "You Didn't Answer My Call" and "Like Crazy," will hit stores on April 11, a week ahead of its original release date.
The official added that there was no particular reason on why the release date was moved up and that the group will work hard in promoting their next album.
2AM, composed of members Jo Kwon, Changmin, Seulong and Jinwoon, expanded their singing careers into Japan with their first single "Never let you go" on January 10 which ranked in the No. 3 spot on Oricon's daily and weekly chart.
They recently wrapped up their promotional tour in the country where they performed in front of several thousand fans in Osaka and Tokyo.
In the meantime, 2AM is gearing up to make their comeback to the local music scene with their second mini-album which will become available on March 12.
