Super Junior Heechul befriends Gu Hara and Song Joong-ki

Super Junior Heechul made friends with girl group KARA member Gu Hara and actor Song Joong-ki at the "2011 Dream Concert" held over the weekend.

Photographs uploaded onto Heechul's Twitter account today and late yesterday showed the idol star posing with Gu and Song, his co-emcees of the event, backstage.

"Gu Hara whom I talked to for the first time at the 'Dream Concert.' Just like her cute face shows, she was a girl who is bright, cheerful and goofy. I kept making fun of her with [Song] Joong-ki but she was a scary girl who kept laughing and enjoyed it," he wrote about Gu.

Regarding Song he wrote, "We met for the first time yesterday but we became very close. His skin may be like white porcelain but he was a real man personality-wise. A lot of girl groups appeared but we very professionally focused on the stage."

The "Dream Concert" is an annual music event hosted by the Korea Entertainment Producer's Association which features the biggest names of the K-pop industry.

About two dozen artists took part in the even including 2PM, TVXQ, FTIsland, SHINee, KARA and miss A.

Heechul, a member of his boy band which has remained one of the most popular K-pop acts in Asia, is also one of the most sought-out celebrities for entertainment shows for being funny and quick.

Gu is part of female quintet KARA, one of the most successful Korean girl groups in Japan, who is currently also appearing in SBS TV series "City Hunter" starring Lee Min-ho and Park Min-young.

Song, an actor since 2008, has been the host for KBS' Friday music program "Music Bank" and recently rose to fame throughout Asia with popular KBS' historical series "SungKyunKwan Scandal."
