Korean female idols Girls’ Generation celebrated another win on KBS’ music program with their latest song “Hoot” during the second week of November.

The girls, who have been promoting their new song since its release on October 25, were crowned the winners once again on KBS’ Friday music show “Music Bank” with “Hoot.”

"We want to thank our fans who have always shown their love for us as well as everyone at our agency," the members said during the acceptance speech.

Composed of members Taeyeon, Hyoyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Jessica, Seohyun, Yoona, Yuri and Sooyoung, Girls' Generation who made their debut in 2007, are known for their hits "Gee," "Genie," "Run Devil Run."

They also successfully launched their singing career in Japan in August this year, becoming the first Korean girl group to reach the No. 1 spot on the prestigious Oricon chart.

The nine-member girl group have been promoting their new song "Hoot" in Korea, the title track of their third mini-album also of the same name, which has swept various online and offline music charts.

Meanwhile, SBS' Sunday music show "Inkigayo" did not air yesterday due to the broadcasting of a special program celebrating the 20th anniversary of the network.
