K-pop boy band 2PM member Chansung is to show his wild side in the upcoming MBC romantic action drama.The singer-actor was at the shooting for the new TV series “7th Grade Civil Servant” [literal translation from Korean] as seen in the photos distributed by the series’ promoter Dramatic Talk.Chansung`s character is Gong Do-ha, a member of the special forces and the shooting took place for four days from November 30 in Thailand`s Pattaya. “The action scene in Thailand is an important part of the drama which leaves Do-ha traumatized, " explains the producers of the drama, Apple Tree. " Do-ha is a born warrior and we focused on his emotional change in the drama."The production team is planning to shoot more scenes in Korea for additional footage for the drama. While the muscular actor was absorbed in his emotional tension and action sequences, Chansung’s die-hard fans flocked to the set affirming his global popularity.Set to air next January as the follow-up to Park Yuchun’s “Missing You,” the 20-episode series will feature young secret agents’ love, friendship, conflict and reconciliation at the National Intelligence Service and co-stars Joo Won and Choi Kang-hee.
