Boy group JYJ’s member Kim Jaejoong has joined the growing cast of fantasy drama “Time Slip Dr. Jin.”Following a day after the announcement of Hallyu actor Song Seung-heon’s casting in "Dr. Jin," the show's producer Lee Kim Productions said on Tuesday that Kim will be playing the role of a military officer from the Joseon Dynasty. Kim first made his debut as an actor in Japan through film "Postman to Heaven" in November 2009 and then appeared in Fuji TV's "Hard to Say I Love You" in September 2010 while making his local debut through SBS' series "Protect the Boss" last year. This will also be his first time to star in a series that requires the techniques of historical acting. Scheduled to go on air during the first half of 2012, the series is an adaptation of a Japanese manga written by renowned scriptwriter Murakami Motoka. Meanwhile, JYJ's documentary is set to open in Lotte Cinema Theaters throughout Korea from this Thursday. The project was going to get cancelled but its showing was rescheduled to this week. ※ Any copying, republication or redistribution of 10Asia's content is expressly prohibited without prior consent of 10Asia.
