Some of the biggest names in the Korean music scene will take part in a Christmas concert in Japan next month. The official website of the "K-POP Festival X-mas Edition" showed that singer Shin Hye-sung, MBLAQ, INFINITE, Park Jung-min, X-5, The Boss, Park Hyun-bin, Boyfriend and Code-V will perform at the Yokohama Arena in Yokohama on December 3. The "K-POP Festival X-mas Edition" will be hosted by Korea's KBS' "Music Bank" and KBS Japan. Shin made his debut as one of the main vocalist for popular boy band Shinhwa in 1998 and embarked on a solo singing career in May 2005. He recently held his concert in Japan and released his first Japanese album "I Believe" last month. MBLAQ made their debut in 2009 with their single album "JUST BLAQ" and expanded their careers into Japan in June this year. They released their second Japanese single "Baby U!" which placed at No. 2 on Oricon's daily chart upon its release on October 26. INFINITE, composed of members Sung-kyu, Dong-woo, Woo-hyun, L, Sung-yeol, Hoya and Sung-jong, made their debut in April 2010. The boys are currently gearing up to make their official debut into the music scene in Japan with their single "Before the Dawn" set to go on sale on November 19. Park Jung-min was one of the main vocalists of boy band SS501 and has since pursued a solo singing career after the group's contract expired in June of last year. He had finished shooting the Japanese mobile series "Love Song in August" alongside actress Sakai Miki. Composed of members Ghun, TaeFung, HaeWon, Zin, SulHu, X-5 made their debut in mid-April with their single album "Xenos" and recently wrapped up promotions of their title track "Don't Put on a Show."Park is one the most well-known young trot singers in Korea who made his debut with his single "Ppari Ppa Ppa” in 2006. He expanded his singing career into Japan in April with the Japanese version of his song "Shabang Shabang” and original Japanese song titled “Sakura Michi.” CODE V debuted in June of last year with the release of a single and took part in the soundtrack for two popular TV series including "Giant" and "Bread, Love and Dreams."
