DJ DOC crowned kings on Mnet charts

Korean hip-hop trio DJ DOC was crowned the kings on both of Mnet's charts with their latest album and single. The group's new song "I'm a Guy Like This" climbed up a notch from the final week of July to take the No. 1 spot during the week of August 2 to 8, pushing the latest collaboration "Go Crazy" by Monday Kiz and V.O.S off the top tier."From Me To You" by duo Davichi jumped up eight spots to second place and the duet "They Live Well" by 8eight's Lee Hyun and 2AM's Changmin moved up three positions from last week to No. 3.On the albums chart, DJ DOC's seventh full-length release "風流" and Se7en's mini-album "Digital Bounce" maintained their ranks in first and second place, respectively. The special record "Cho Young-soo All Star" featuring the track "From Me To You" by Davichi rounded out the top three albums for the first week of August. DJ DOC, composed of members Kim Chang-ryul, Kim Ha-neul and Jung Jae-yong, was one of the most popular hip-hop groups in Korea in the late 1990s.
