A sanatorium in the mountains of the Gyeonggi Province, where the last episode to cable channel OCN's TV series "TEN" was being shot, was surrounded by a stillness that paled the fact that it was three o'clock into the afternoon until one by one, people in thick winter clothes started to gather. Then Kim Sang-ho, playing Baek Do-shik, and the staff of the show, hurriedly got ready to shoot a scene but things did not work out as easily as they would want them to on the ice-cold set. "I keep seeing the shadow of a staff on the screen. Okay, let's go again from when the taxi comes in." The director would not give an easy 'okay' sign even for the short scene where Baek Do-shik enters the sanatorium from far away after having chased Yeo Ji-hoon's (Joo Sang-wook) past. The sharper director Lee Seung-young's eyes became while peering into his monitor with his piercing eyes, the faster the staff stomped their feet from the cold while waiting for the director's signal.

Yet the teamwork that quietly showed throughout started to warm the cold air about them. Just like how Baek Do-shik loosens up the atmosphere of investigations with his light jokes, Kim Sang-ho made the staff laugh with a single killer smile. And when he, energetic even in the vicious cold without any particular winter clothing, gave an awkward smile after making an unexpected mistake, a member of the staff around his age joked, "You have to tell him several times to make him understand." Like so, their playful jokes and candid conversations warmed up the atmosphere on set. And although nobody made a fuss to take care of each other, a staff member naturally stepped forward to play Kim Sang-ho's scene partner when he had to act out a scene with a mobile phone and a comradeship oozed from how he could laugh off the joke of another staff member calling him a 'Hollywood star' who "has a lot of time because he usually doesn't have a lot of scenes to shoot while everybody else is busy." And just like how Yeo Ji-hoon's quiet words "You did hard work" touched viewers' hearts more than kinder words, the set of "TEN" heated up the closer it got to the end.
