K-pop artists shine bright on Oricon’s daily chart

K-pop idol bands are seeing some promising album sales figure with their latest records on Japan's Oricon music charts.KARA’s special studio album titled, “KARA COLLECTION,” made its way to the No. 3 spot on Oricon's daily albums chart after moving about 18,100 copies since its release on September 5, according to data polled by Oricon on Tuesday.Proving their popularity in the Japanese music scene, the five-member group has drawn much attention from the public by gaining profitable outcomes without pursuing any promotional activities in Japan. Solo artist SE7EN nabbed the eighth place on the daily albums chart with his Japanese best album “SE7EN THE BEST” which was released on the same day as KARA’s.On Tuesday, Oricon's daily singles chart showed that boy band U-KISS landed at the seventh place with their fourth Japanese single "One of You," released on September 5.
