Poster of IU's nationwide tour "REAL FANTASY" [Loen Entertainment]
Fans of teenage songstress IU have snatched up all the tickets to IU's upcoming concert in Seoul, according to her agency Loen Entertainment on Wednesday. Loen said in a press release that all 5,550 seats for IU's "REAL FANTASY" concert at Kyunghee University's Peace Palace on June 2 and 3 have completely sold-out within 30 minutes of going on sale yesterday. "We extend our deepest gratitude to all the fans that have shown their interest in IU's first leg on her nationwide tour. She is currently working hard to show her best," an official with Loen said in the statement. IU's "REAL FANTASY" concert will take place in six cities including Ulsan, Jeonju, Suwon, Busan and Daegu. IU, whose real name is Lee Ji-eun, made her debut with her first mini-album "Lost and Found" in September 2008. She has since produced a number of hit songs such as "Boo," "Marshmallow" and "Nagging," a duet with 2AM member Seulong. The teenage hit maker is currently preparing to make her comeback to the local music scene with a new album dropping sometime next month. ※ Any copying, republication or redistribution of 10Asia's content is expressly prohibited without prior consent of 10Asia.
