Super Junior members Donghae and Eunhyuk's duet song has entered top spots on music charts in Japan. After placing the song at No. 2 spot on Oricon's daily singles chart last Thursday, the duo's new release "Oppa, Oppa" grabbed the second spot on the website's weekly chart and sat atop Tower Record's singles chart last week, their agency SM Entertainment announced on Tuesday. With their record set on Oricon's weekly chart, the firm said it is unusual for foreign artists, who released an album as a unit, to sit on the album and singles charts simultaneously. The boys' record setting single album has sold out in major Japanese record stores, including Tower Record and TSUTAYA, the officials said.To commemorate the successful first Japanese release, Eunhyuk and Donghae are to hold a premium mini-live event at Sibuya-AX in Sibuya, Japan, on Wednesday.Meanwhile, the pair and the other members of Super Junior are scheduled to drop their third Japanese single, "Opera." Following the event, their large-scale concert titled "SUPER SHOW 4," will be held at Tokyo Dome in Tokyo on May 12 and 13, with 10,000 or so local fans expected.※ Any copying, republication or redistribution of 10Asia's content is expressly prohibited without prior consent of 10Asia.
