Big Bang member Daesung has paid his respects to the motorcyclist who died from a car accident he was involved in.Big Bang's agency YG Entertainment said Friday that Daesung visited the motorcyclist's funeral hall yesterday, offering his condolences and apologies to the family of the bereaved.Daesung had run into a taxi and motorcyclist at the end of Yanghwa Bridge in Seoul with his own car early on Tuesday and while the taxi driver suffered minor injuries, the motorcyclist is dead.Police said the taxi's driver had stopped his vehicle to call police after discovering the motorcyclist on the ground and bleeding, apparently from another accident, when Daesung hit them after failing to see them in time.Police are now carrying out further investigation into whether Daesung was the cause of the death with the results for an autopsy on the motorcyclist set to come out around June 15.Daesung had been in an extreme state of shock ever since the accident, staying alone in his room and refusing to speak even to his family, YG had said.Daesung is a member of Big Bang, one of the most popular boy bands in Korea since their debut in 2006 with numerous hit songs under their belt.※ Any copying, republication or redistribution of 10Asia's content is expressly prohibited without prior consent of 10Asia.
