Korean solo artist Huh Gak and songstress Zia's new duet song has put an end to PSY's five week reign on Gaon chart.

Data accumulated on Gaon's official website showed Friday that "I Need You" by Huh Gak and Zia made a splashing debut at No. 1 on Gaon's singles chart during the week of August 19 to 25.

Released digitally on August 21, "I Need You" is an acoustic R&B tune with its lyrics singing of the hidden love between a girl and guy.

Ranking in second place during the same time frame is KARA's new title track "PANDORA," which is listed in their fifth mini-album of the same name, while five-week champion PSY's international hit song "Gangnam Style" dropped two spots to third place.

Other notable songs on the top ten includes Seo In-young's "Anymore," BEAST's "Beautiful Night," BoA's "Only One," CNBLUE's Lee Jong-hyun's "My Love," PSY and Sung Si-kyung's "Passionate Goodbye," SISTAR's "Loving U" and Davichi's "Do Men Cry."

Over on Goan's album chart, KARA's fifth mini-album "PANDORA" stole the No. 1 spot from previous week's winner Girls' Generation's local release of their Japanese single "PAPARAZZI."

Rounding out the top three slots was Super Junior's record "SPY," which is the repackaged album of their sixth album "Sexy, Free & Single," and Girls' Generation's third album "The Boys" made a whopping 42 spot jump to No. 3.
