Korean ballad group 2AM has made a safe debut on Japan's Oricon daily chart with their second Japanese single, according to the official Oricon website on Thursday.
2AM's new single, which went on sale in the country on April 11, ranked at fourth place on Oricon's daily singles chart, following after Japanese artists Sexy Zone, Perfume and Morning Musume.
Their second Japanese single is composed of the Japanese versions of their ballads "You Didn't Answer My Call" and "Like Crazy."
In the meantime, 2AM will hold a special event with selected fans on April 22 at the Shinagawa Stella Ball in Tokyo, Japan to promote their latest release.
2AM, composed of members Jo Kwon, Changmin, Seulong and Jinwoon, splashed onto the music scene in Japan with their debut Japanese single "Never let you go," in January 10.
The first single fared well on local music charts upon its release and even ranked at the third spot on Oricon's daily and weekly charts.
