Korean boy band INFINITE has gone on a countdown for the release of their digital single.
An official with Woollim told 10Asia that INFINITE will release a Christmas digital single in seven days on various online music websites as a way to show their appreciation to their fans.
"The boys have been busy focusing on their official debut in Japan and they felt that this new song would repay their local and international fans for their endless support," the official explained.
However, he added that the group will not promote the song on televised music programs due to their busy schedules in both Korea and Japan.
INFINITE, composed of members Sung-kyu, Dong-woo, Woo-hyun, L, Sung-yeol, Hoya and Sung-jong, made their debut in April 2010.
The boys made their official debut into the music scene in Japan with their single "Before the Dawn" which went on sale in the country on November 19.
