SHINee to release new mini-album

Korean idol group SHINee is making a comeback to the music scene with a new mini-album, according to their agency on Thursday.

The five-member boy band will be releasing their third mini-album "2009, Year Of Us" on October 19, SM Entertainment said in a press release.

The group has completed shooting a music video for their title song and is currently busy with rehearsals, SM added.

They also drastically changed their fashion style for their upcoming album and photographs of each member will sequentially be revealed on their official website from October 9 thru October 13.

SHINee, who debuted in May 2008, has had several hit singles, most notably their debut single "Older Girl, You're So Pretty" and the recent chart topper "Juliette" from their previous mini-album released five months ago.

Formed by South Korea's talent powerhouse SM Entertainment, its members are composed of Onew, Jonghyun, Key, Minho, and Taemin.
