Songstress IU has spent her second week atop Gaon's single chart with her title tune, "Every End of the Day." No more a teen, the twenty-year-old artist has perched atop the chart for second straight week with the title off the latest single, "The Spring of Twenty," according to Gaon's data compiled between May 20 and 26. IU's next-door-girl-like charm has stopped solo artist G.NA to debut on the chart at No. 2 with her new summer dance tune, "2HOT."The "Black & White" singer just made a comeback to the music scene with "BLOOM" on May 22, which she has worked with Jay Park and Mighty Mouth's Sangchoo. The queen of the chart during the first week of May, Baek Ji-young, has entered the top three again but this time, with her dance tune, "Good Boy," from her album of the same title. Featuring BEAST's Yong Jun-hyung, the song raised social controversy last week after she was sued by a men's rights group in Korea, urging for the distribution ban of the song saying that it holds lyrics that demean men.Next up is LeeSSang's "My Love," one of the three title tracks from the duo's eight full-track album "Unplugged."LeeSSang's comeback project after their last successful seventh full-length album, "AsuRa BalBalTa," is composed of a total of 13 tracks including the other two title songs, "Hard to be Humble" and "Someday."Meanwhile, the comedian-formed group Brave Guys second single's tune "I Don't Care" dropped three spots and sat at No. 5 during the same period. Rounding up the top ten are LeeSSang's "Hard to be Humble," Baek Ji-young's "Voice," Girls' Generation's TTS' "TWINKLE," ULALA SESSION's "Beautiful Night" and Mighty Mouth's "Bad Boy."Over on the album chart, 2PM's "2PM The Member's Selection" debuted atop the list last week. The boys' new record, released on May 22, is a compilation of their hit songs they have produced since their debut in 2008 and it lists the songs of 2PM members' choice.Re-entering the top three on the chart, Busker Busker's self-titled debut album bowed at No. 2 and INFINITE's third mini-album, "INFINITIZE," rounded up the top three in the same time frame, Gaon showed.※ Any copying, republication or redistribution of 10Asia's content is expressly prohibited without prior consent of 10Asia.
