J-pop group V6 to release single in Korea

J-pop group V6 [SM Entertainment]

Japanese boy band V6 is set to release their new single in Korea next week, according to a press release by SM Entertainment on Friday.The group's 36th single "Guilty", which hit No. 1 on the Oricon weekly chart, will be released on CD and DVD on October 14, explained SM.The CD includes a poster and special booklet containing hand-written letters from the members in Korean. The DVD will show a live performance by two-subunits of the group; 20th Century -- made up of the three eldest members -- performing an acoustic version of the song "Startline" and Coming Century -- of the youngest three -- singing "Hello-Goodbye". V6, who debuted in 1995 with "Music for the People", has released numerous singles and albums while also appearing on TV dramas, plays and musicals. The six-member group is set to give their first concert in Korea on November 14 and 15 at Seoul Olympic Park's Olympic Hall.
