Korean ballad group 2AM will resume their singing activities in Japan this fall with the release of a new Japanese single.
An official from Big Hit Entertainment told the magazine over the phone on Monday that 2AM's third original Japanese single will hit stores this fall, but its official release date has yet to be announced.
The rep added that "For you~What I Can Do For you" (translated title), which will be listed in their forthcoming release, will also be used as the theme song of Japanese TV series "NEO Soumatou Company" that will air on Japan's TBS starting tonight.
In the meantime, the special edition of 2AM's second mini-album "F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Way of Love" has been set to become available in Japan on August 8.
Locally, "F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Way of Love" has produced hit songs "I Wonder If You Hurt Like Me" and "If You Were Mine," grabbing several wins on televised music programs since its release on March 12.
2AM expanded their music career into Japan with the Japanese debut single "Never let you go" in January. The boys followed it up with their second single "You Wouldn't Answer My Calls" in April.
