“Instinctively” singer Kang Seung-yoon is revving up to mark his official singing debut early next year, a PR rep from YG Entertainment told the magazine Wednesday.After getting spotlighted with his talents on Mnet’s “Superstar K 2” and inked deal with the major talent firm in 2010, Kang is finally releasing his anticipated record next February at latest."Yang Hyun-suk [YG's C.E.O and the chief producer] recently ordered producers to write Kang's debut tune.
