The Boss to make official debut in Japan next Feb

Five-member Korean boy band The Boss will officially launch their singing career in Japan next February, according to their agency Open-World Entertainment on Tuesday.Open-World announced through a press release that the boys recently signed a contract with Japan's Sony Music Record, Sony Music's top record label, through which they will release their Japan debut album.Open-World quoted the group’s Japanese agency Digital Adventure (DA) as saying, "A famed producer who has created many hit songs is working directly on the boys' album under profound secrecy so officials in the country have high expectations for them."The Boss, whose name in Chinese characters is “大國男兒,” stands for “The Boys of Super Space” and is composed of members Hyun-min, Injun, Jay, Karam and Mika. The group made its debut in Korea in March of this year with their single album “The Admirer” and released their second album “Awake” three months later.They started promoting themselves in Japan starting mid-September where they took part in the "2010 Hallyu Music Festival" and held their first showcase in the country in Tokyo last Saturday.
