Korean singer-actor Lee Seung-gi is poised to return to the local music scene with his new mini-album.
Lee will drop five-track album “The Woods” [translated title] on Thursday and have first televised comeback performance on KBS’ music program “Yu Huiyeol’s Sketchbook” on next Friday, a PR rep from Hook Entertainment told the magazine over the phone Wednesday.
The upcoming album is produced by Cha Sae-jung of Korean indie band Epiton Project. “Turn Back,” [translated title], the title track from the upcoming album, sings the happiest days in a man’s life, the rep explained.
She added that Lee's dedicated fans are looking forward to listening to “The Word That I Love You” [translated title] composed and written by Lee himself.
Meanwhile, the artist has been set to open his concerts dubbed “2012 Lee Seung-gi Hope Concert” [translated title] at Olympics Park Gymnastic Hall in Seoul, South Korea on December 1 and 2.
