SM Entertainment is set to open a showcase for their biopic featuring all 32 K-pop powerhouses from the agency next week, and the event is to stream live online, according to SM.
Before "I AM," the title of the upcoming film, meets with SM artists' fans in local theateres next month, the firm said it will also give a chance for their fans overseas to take a first look by streaming the live showcase in four languages--Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese-- at Mnet's global website on April 30.
The website will be available both on computers and smart phones, and the whole show will be aired in high definition for the viewers' convenience, the officials said in a statement this morning.
All SM idol group members featuring in the film is scheduled to attend the forthcoming event, including Kangta, BOA, TVXQ!, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee and f(x).
Meanwhile, a question and answer session for the artists and fans is prepared in the program, and the film's behind-the-scenes as well as bloopers will be revealed for the first time at Monday's showcase.
"I AM" mainly shows the artists' joint concert "SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR in Madison Square Garden" held in New York last year, and the videos of the artists growing as K-pop acts from their training period.
Though no further information has been provided by the firm yet, "I AM" is scheduled to open in local theaters sometime in May.
