Ji-sung wishes fans a happy Chuseok

Hallyu star Ji-sung on Wednesday bid his best wishes to fans ahead of the upcoming Chuseok thanksgiving holidays.

"I hope everyone spends a happy and special holiday with their families and relatives," said the actor, currently on the southern island of Jeju shooting the final episode of his TV series "Swallow the Sun".

Ji-sung added that he too will spend time with his family and catch up on sleep over the three-day holiday starting Friday.

SBS drama "Sun", aired since early July, has remained atop ratings charts against rival TV series broadcast on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The last episode will air on October 1.
