Korean idol CNU of boy band B1A4 will step down from KBS' sitcom, "Sent From Heaven." A rep with the show's promoter told 10Asia over the phone on Friday that CNU will take part in his last shoot for the sitcom on May 5 and begin preparing for his group's new album. The official explained that CNU's character is no longer needed in the series, in which he has been playing an aspiring singer who gets involved in a love triangle with Cha Na-ra (played by actress Woori) and Heo Young-saeng (played by the singer himself). CNU, whose name is Shin Dong-woo, made his debut in B1A4 (Be the One, All for One) in 2011 with their single "Let's Fly." As a member of B1A4, CNU is preparing for the release of their repackaged version of their first full-length album, "IGNITION," due out sometime this month. ※ Any copying, republication or redistribution of 10Asia's content is expressly prohibited without prior consent of 10Asia.
