Judging by the instant ticket sales of INFINITE's "INFINITE CONCERT That Summer," the five-day show is already shaping up to be a hot one.
The combined 10,000-seating concert date tickets were sold out in just 15 minutes after becoming available online on July 12, according to CJ E&M's press release Friday.
As soon as the tickets to the band’s upcoming show opened at 8 p.m. EST, an estimated number of 80,000 fans accessed the ticketing website, temporarily shutting down the server, the officials said.
Having hosted four sold-out shows early this year--three shows in Korea and another in Japan--“INFINITE CONCERT That Summer” has been set to open in a relatively small concert hall as the memebers wished to perform closer to the audience.
After wrapping up the five-day run in Seoul, INFINITE will fly to Japan to perform at the Summer Sonic alongside Jang Keun-suk's project duo Team H, indie band Jang Ki-ha and Faces, and Guckkasten.
INFINITE -- composed of Sung-kyu, Dong-woo, Woo-hyun, L, Sung-yeol, Hoya and Sung-jong -- made their debut in 2010 with the first mini-album, "First Invasion."
