Top Korean artists from major talenthouse Cube Entertainment have been chosen to promote the Korean Airports Corporation (KAC), according to their agency on Thursday.

A press release from Cube announced that K-pop idols 4minute, BEAST and G.NA were selected as the publicity ambassadors for the KAC with the appointment ceremony took place at the Kimpo International Airport today.

"The artists of Cube have a dynamic image which fits well with the image of the Kimpo International Airport," an official from KAC was quoted as saying. "We feel that they will be able to promote the new route which opened to Beijing last week."

"It is quite meaningful that our artists have been chosen as the PR ambassadors for KAC since many Asian stars have expanding their careers overseas," an official from Cube said in the press release.

Many of Cube's artists including 4minute, BEAST and G.NA have pursued their singing careers in other countries throughout Asia such as Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Composed of members Du-jun, Hyun-seung, Yo-seop, Dong-woon, Gi-kwang and Jun-hyung, BEAST made their debut in October 2009 with their first mini-album “"BEAST IS THE B2ST" and has since produced hit songs such as “Bad Girl,” “Shock" and “Soom.”

4minute, formed of members Hyun-a, Ji-hyun, Ji-yoon, Ga-yoon and So-hyun, splashed into the local music scene with their debut single "Hot Issue" in 2009 and has enjoyed success in several Asian countries.

G.NA made her official debut in 2002 with the song “Wrongful Expectations,” for the soundtrack to MBC’s drama “Dangerous Man.” She is well-known for her songs "I'll Back Off" and “Black&White.”

They are also preparing for the UNITED CUBE CONCERT titled "Fantasy Land" to be held at the Jamsil Outdoor Stadium in Seoul on August 14.
