INFINITE will expand their singing careers overseas, performing at concerts in Thailand and Singapore next month.
"The boys will take to the stages with other international artists at the concerts in Thailand and Singapore in April and May, respectively," an official from their agency Woollim Entertainment told 10Asia over the phone on Monday.
He further explained, "We planned for the group to make their official debut in Japan with their showcase next month but we are talking about how to go about with their upcoming activities in the country since it has been hit by the earthquake."
Several K-pop idols who were set to debut in the Japanese music industry this month and next month have had to postpone their album releases and related activities following the March 11 earthquake and tsunami that has left at least 21,000 people dead or missing and thousands homeless.
Meanwhile, INIFINITE has enjoyed a successful return to the local music scene with their third single "Inspirit" which has sold over 20,000 copies, placing them in the third place on record distributor Hanteo's album chart after rock band CNBLUE and duo TVXQ.
INFINITE -- composed of members Sung-kyu, Hoya, Woo-hyun, Dong-woo, Sung-yeol, Sung-jong and L -- have been promoting the title track "Nothing's Over" on various televised music programs and entertainment shows.
