Five-member boy band SHINee held their first fan party in Taiwan over the weekend, according to their agency SM Entertainment on Monday.

SM said that the boys' fan party, where all 3,500 tickets sold out in 15 minutes of going on sale, was held at the Taipei International Convention Center (KICC) on November 7.

During the fan party, the boys sang to a number of their own hit songs such as “Ring Ding Dong,” “LUCIFER,” and “Hello,” and joined in games that awarded fans with their personal belongings.

The members further entertained their guests by making full use of simple Chinese expressions like “You’re pretty,” and “Welcome here,”

During an individual talent show session, Taemin sang to Kim Woo-joo’s “I Love You,” Jonghyun to Cho Kyu-chan’s “Baby Baby,” Onew to Jay Chou’s “An Jing (Silence),” Minho to Musiq Soulchild’s “If U Leave,” and Key to Keisha’s “Tik Tok.”

Two days before the fan event, SHINee had received a plaque that commemorated the group's success of its second album “LUCIFER.”

Over 10,000 copies of the record were sold in Taiwan alone as well as sweeping the country’s major charts including record sales chart G-MUSIC, cable music channels MTV and Channel V's Korea-Japan chart and radio chart Iraido.

During their five-day promotional stay in Taiwan, SHINee appeared in various television and radio shows including CTS channel’s “Super King” and GTV’s “100% Entertainment.”
