Screen shot of A PINK on "M! CountDown" [Mnet]
Seven-member girl group A PINK burst into tears for their first win on Mnet's music program last night, making it their first victory on a music show since their debut less than a year ago. A PINK's title track "MY MY," from their second mini-album "Snow Pink," beat out singer Kim Dong-ryul's "Replay" and girl group T-ara and singing duo Davichi's joint song "We Used to be in Love" on Mnet's "M! CountDown" on Thursday. The girls thanked everyone at their agency A Cube Entertainment for helping them, their parents as well as their Pink Panthers [name of A PINK's fan club] for supporting them. A PINK, composed of Son Na-eun, Yun Bo-mi, Park Cho-rong, Jeong Eun-jee, Oh Hah-yeong, Kim Nam-ju and Hong Yu-kyeong, made their debut in April last year with their album “Seven Springs of A PINK.” The girls followed it up with their digital single "It Girl" in June and have performed overseas at music festivals with other K-pop artists. ※ Any copying, republication or redistribution of 10Asia's content is expressly prohibited without prior consent of 10Asia.
