All Staff Commit to Practicing Integrity
On March 3, the Gumi Office of Education in North Gyeongsang Province held the '2026 Integrity Commitment and Anti-Corruption Integrity Education' for all staff members at the multipurpose auditorium on the first floor of its office.

This training session served as an opportunity for all staff to reaffirm their commitment to transparent and fair work practices and to building a trustworthy educational environment in Gumi. Jeong Hae-sook, a professional lecturer from the Anti-Corruption Training Institute of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, was invited to lead the session, which covered essential laws and systems related to integrity, including the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, the Code of Conduct for Public Officials, the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act for Public Officials, and measures to prevent workplace harassment. In particular, the training enhanced employees' understanding by presenting numerous real-life cases and integrity quizzes, making the concept of integrity more accessible in daily life.
Min Byungdo, Superintendent of Education, stated, "Integrity is the foundation of public service and the first step toward earning the trust of the Gumi educational community," adding, "We will continue to promote a culture of integrity through regular anti-corruption education and various internal inspections."
