Asset Management Lectures Tailored for Seniors
Covering Inheritance, Gift Asset Management, and Real Estate
KB Kookmin Bank announced on March 3 that it held the "KB Golden Life Golden Class" event for senior customers at the Hyundai Department Store Pangyo Branch in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province, together with Hyundai Department Store on February 27.

This event was organized based on the business agreement signed between KB Financial Group and Hyundai Department Store Group in October of last year. It invited a total of 80 outstanding senior customers-40 from each company. The program consisted of a lecture-focused "Golden Class" and a cultural experience program called "Golden Days."
In the first session, Jihae Jin, an attorney from the Wealth Management (WM) Promotion Department of KB Kookmin Bank, delivered an accessible lecture on "Inheritance and Gift Asset Management," a topic growing in importance in a super-aged society, with a focus on practical cases.
In the second session, Si Tae Roh, a senior advisor at the WM Promotion Department of KB Kookmin Bank, clearly explained recent real estate trends under the theme "2026 Real Estate Market Outlook."
After the lectures, there was a session where customers could communicate with local private bankers (PBs) and have their questions answered.
KB Kookmin Bank supports senior customers in planning a stable and prosperous retirement through its senior-specialized brand, "KB Golden Life."
Centered around its 18 Golden Life Centers nationwide, the bank provides a "total care solution" for seniors, including retirement and post-retirement asset management, inheritance and gift planning, and nursing and care services.
On February 25, KB Kookmin Bank also invited approximately 1,100 senior customers to attend a group viewing of the musical "Life of Pi" as part of the KB Golden Life cultural experience program, Golden Days.
A representative from KB Kookmin Bank stated, "We plan to communicate not only with senior customers in Seoul, but also with those in regional hubs," adding, "We will continue to strengthen our role as a reliable retirement partner for senior customers by providing financial products they want and linking them with various non-financial services."
