BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on March 3 that it supported the 2026 Gyeongnam FC home opener.
On March 1, at the K League 2 match between Gyeongnam FC and Jeonnam Dragons held at Changwon Football Center, more than 500 people, including BNK Gyeongnam Bank President Kim Taehan, employees, and their families, attended the event.
BNK Gyeongnam Bank employees operated a 'one-day free tea house and promotional booth', distributing bottled water and beverages to Gyeongnam FC fans and local residents.
Key guests, including President Kim Taehan and Governor Park Wansu, participated in the kickoff ceremony for the Gyeongnam FC home opener, wishing for the team's victory.
Afterwards, more than 500 BNK Gyeongnam Bank employees and their families watched the home opener together with local residents, cheering for the team.
BNK Gyeongnam Bank helped boost excitement for the Gyeongnam FC home opener by providing three Dyson hair dryers as prizes for the halftime raffle event.
President Kim Taehan said, "Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Gyeongnam FC is a representative regional sports club for Gyeongsangnam-do. BNK Gyeongnam Bank will continue to support Gyeongnam FC so that it can become a beloved club among local residents and achieve promotion to K League 1."
