Woongjin SmartAll underwent a comprehensive service overhaul in October last year, based on six years of accumulated learning data and user learning pattern analysis since its launch. A learner-customized UI/UX was introduced, and the learning process was restructured into intuitive mission-based formats. The reward system was strategically designed to enhance learning engagement and self-directed learning experiences.
A Woongjin ThinkBig representative said, "This award is a meaningful achievement that demonstrates the global recognition of Woongjin SmartAll's user experience value," adding, "We will continue to advance the platform through ongoing research based on learning data."
