Kakao Entertainment announced on November 28 that the group (G)I-DLE will launch a fan community on Berriz, a global K-culture fan platform.
The (G)I-DLE fan community will offer a variety of content, including a space for members to share moments from their daily lives, behind-the-scenes photos and videos, and real-time live broadcasts. There will also be an exclusive content section dedicated to the official fan club, Neverland.
(G)I-DLE debuted in 2018 with the mini album "I Am." This year, after rebranding their group name from (G)I-DLE to I-DLE, they achieved four consecutive million-seller records with their eighth mini album "We are." Their Japanese EP "I-DLE" topped the Oricon Daily Album Chart and achieved remarkable results on major global charts such as Billboard Japan, Apple Music, and iTunes. Last month, they held their first-ever arena tour in Japan since debuting.
Berriz is a platform where fans from around the world who enjoy K-pop, dramas, webtoons, and other aspects of K-culture come together to communicate. Communities for a variety of intellectual properties (IP) are currently operating on Berriz, including IU, WOODZ, MONSTA X, IVE, Kiki, Jung Seunghwan, as well as MMA2025, SBS's "Our Ballad," and Disney+'s "Polaris." Following (G)I-DLE, Lightsum, also under Cube Entertainment, will launch their fan community on November 29.
