Outstanding Eco-Friendly Residential Environment
City O'Cl, a large-scale mixed-use city development in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, is launching sales for its 8th complex, drawing significant attention from the market and potential buyers.
HDC Hyundai Development Company, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and POSCO E&C will open the model home for "City O'Cl Complex 8," located in Joint Block 2 of the Incheon Yonghyeon-Hakik 1 Block Urban Development District, and begin sales on November 28.
This complex will consist of seven buildings ranging from three basement levels to 46 floors above ground, with a total of 1,349 apartment units sized between 59 and 136 square meters of exclusive area. All units are available for general sale. The breakdown by exclusive area is as follows: 157 units of 59㎡, 153 units of 75㎡, 569 units of 84㎡A, 251 units of 84㎡B, 82 units of 84㎡C, 92 units of 101㎡, 42 units of 110㎡, and 3 units of 136㎡P, offering a wide range of options to suit various preferences.
The 8th complex will have elementary, middle, and high schools planned nearby, and the future Hakik Station on the Suin-Bundang Line will be located within a 500-meter radius, allowing residents to walk to the station. Once the station opens, residents will have direct access to major areas in Seoul, such as Gangnam-gu Office, Seoul Forest, and Suseo, without transfers, and will be conveniently connected to most lines, including Seoul Subway Line 1 and Songdo Station (KTX).
The area is also well-served by a comprehensive road network. Major highways such as the Neunghae Interchange on the Second Gyeongin Expressway, the Second Capital Region Ring Expressway (Incheon-Gimpo), Incheon Bridge, Incheon-daero, which connects to Gyeongin Expressway, and Aam-daero, which leads to the Third Gyeongin Expressway, are all nearby, providing excellent access throughout Incheon and the greater metropolitan area.
Additionally, a Grand Park of approximately 370,000 square meters (about 100,000 pyeong), similar in scale to Songdo Central Park, is planned in front of the complex. There is also abundant green space nearby, including Namhang Neighborhood Park, Munhak Mountain, and Gaetgol Retention Basin, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant leisure lifestyle surrounded by nature.
The complex is also close to "Star O'Cl," a large commercial, cultural, and business district within City O'Cl. Star O'Cl will feature the Incheon Museum Park (currently under planning), a cinema, shopping facilities, and various lifestyle, shopping, and cultural amenities. Notably, a pedestrian walkway (Link O'Cl) connecting Star O'Cl and the Grand Park is planned, making it easy to move between natural and commercial/cultural spaces and offering a more leisurely walking experience.
The complex is designed with a low building coverage ratio in the 10% range, ensuring ample landscaping and sunlight for residents. Various landscaped and convenience facilities will be provided, including an object caf? in the center of the complex, children's playgrounds, toddler playgrounds, a shuttle station, a daycare center, community fitness facilities, and neighborhood amenities. Community facilities such as a golf practice range, fitness center, group exercise (G.X.) room, sauna, and multipurpose gymnasium are also planned.
City O'Cl is a private urban development project creating a mini-new-town-scale mixed-use city with over 13,000 households on a total site area of approximately 1.54 million square meters. A sales representative stated, "The 8th complex is located at the heart of City O'Cl, making it a large-scale brand complex with the combined advantages of proximity to schools, transit, and green spaces, offering strong future value. Given the successful sales of the previous five complexes, we expect high interest from buyers for the 8th complex as well."
The application schedule for City O'Cl Complex 8 begins with special supply on December 1, followed by first-priority applications on December 2 and second-priority applications on December 3. Winners will be announced on December 9, and contract signing will take place over four days from December 21 to 24. The model home is located at 7, Aam-daero 287beon-gil, Michuhol-gu, Incheon.
