Yeongcheon City (Mayor Choi Kimoon) held the final research results presentation for the policy research group '2025 Talk Talk Yeongcheon' in the city's video conference room on November 18.

The six teams operated autonomously, holding regular meetings at least once a month to analyze a wide range of topics related to city administration, such as tourism, future industries, and landmark development.
The group also conducted in-depth research on each project, including on-site analysis and benchmarking of best practices through visits to leading domestic institutions.
The presentation was attended by the Deputy Mayor, department and division heads, and 39 members of Talk Talk Yeongcheon. The event featured creative and innovative policy ideas from the six teams, followed by a Q&A session and evaluation.
The topics presented included: ▲Kumho Starlight River Project ▲Yeongcheon Medi Healing Campus Development ▲Bohyeonsan Suspension Bridge Extreme Theme Park Development ▲10th Industry Leading City Project ▲Yeongcheon Landmark Development Project ▲Franchise Collaboration Utilizing Local and Global Resources. These six proposals offered ideas to address key city issues and promote regional development across various fields.
According to the final evaluation, the teams with outstanding ideas will be awarded certificates and prize money at the December staff meeting. The selected proposals will be actively considered for incorporation into city policy.
Deputy Mayor Lee Jeongwoo said, "I would like to thank the employees for proactively identifying new projects linked to national policy tasks despite their busy work schedules. I hope that the concerns and insights experienced in the field will be reflected in future policies, leading to tangible changes across city administration."
