This program is a joint training course by BNK Busan Bank and BNK Kyongnam Bank, designed to respond to the rapidly changing Wealth Management (WM) market environment and to strengthen the group's asset management competitiveness.

The two banks are participating together to enhance the efficiency of the training system and to focus on integrating and elevating the capabilities of WM professionals within the group.

A total of 60 preliminary asset management professionals, selected from BNK Busan Bank and BNK Kyongnam Bank, participated in the training. The participants either hold professional certifications related to asset management, such as CFP or CPB, or have extensive experience in asset management fields such as funds and derivatives. They were chosen through internal recommendations and a selection process.

The training will be conducted over six days and is structured to systematically build practical capabilities as asset management professionals. The curriculum includes financial market analysis, bond, stock, and real estate investment strategies, tax-saving and portfolio design, retirement (pension) strategies, and client consultation and communication.

Choi Jaeyoung, Deputy President of BNK Financial Group's WM and Pension Group, said, "We expect that through this program, preliminary asset management professionals will grow into experts with practical capabilities based on systematic training. We will further strengthen the group's asset management service competitiveness by providing customized financial solutions tailored to each client's asset characteristics and goals."

BNK Financial Group plans to institutionalize systematic training programs to enhance the consulting capabilities of WM professionals and the quality of asset management services, and will continue to operate practical, field-oriented professional training that can be immediately applied in the workplace.
