Isaac Lee, who is from Colombia, previously served as Chief Content Officer for Univision Communications and Televisa, the world’s largest Spanish-language television networks, and was the founder of the comprehensive music company Exile Content. Since November 2023, when HYBE entered the Latin American market and established HBL, Lee has served as Chairman, leading the company's business in the region.

HBA includes several subsidiaries: Big Machine Label Group (BMLG), which is home to artists such as Justin Moore, Thomas Rhett, Riley Green, and Carly Pearce; QC (Quality Control) Media Holdings, a top hip-hop label known for artists like Lil Baby, Lil Yachty, Quavo, and BigXthaPlug; and HYBE x Geffen Records, which manages the group Cat’s Eye.

HYBE stated, "We expect that Isaac Lee, as the new CEO, will contribute to the growth of HYBE’s business in the Americas and the expansion of the North American influence of HYBE’s Korean music group artists, leveraging his outstanding planning skills, deep understanding of the local market, and strong network."

Scooter Braun, who has led HBA for the past four years since HYBE acquired Ithaca Holdings, will remain on the board as a non-executive advisor. Braun, a well-known American entertainment executive, is credited with helping expand HYBE’s influence in the US market. He is also widely recognized for discovering Justin Bieber.

Shin Youngjae, the former head of HYBE Music Group APAC, will now take on a new role to further drive the company’s 'multi-home, multi-genre' strategy.

HYBE commented, "With these appointments, we expect to strengthen the competitiveness of each regional hub and accelerate the execution of our HYBE 2.0 strategy for global business expansion."
