This exhibition will be held under the theme of "Flow (流動)." KECD, an event involving over 340 designers from 42 countries worldwide, plans to present a new cooperation model between the design associations of the two countries through co-hosting with the Kaohsiung Creators Association (KCA) of Taiwan.

The Seoul International Poster Triennale has been held every three years since 1992, creating a platform for exchange aimed at the future of design with various artists and design organizations from around the world.

This year’s exhibition will continue from the 12th to the 24th of next month at the Mongolian Art Association Museum in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, upon invitation from the Mongolian art and design community.

Yoo Yun-ho, president of the Korea Contemporary Design Association, said, “This special exhibition in Mongolia is held as an international poster exhibition specifically to expand the base of Asian design,” adding, “We expect it to greatly contribute to the sustainable initial establishment of Mongolian design and future industrial development exchanges through this.”

KECD plans to hold an exhibition in Seoul on September 7th to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Korea-Taiwan design exchange.
