Popular as an Alternative Investment Destination with Relatively Few Regulations in Knowledge Industry Center Dormitories

Meanwhile, 'Guri Galmae Geumgang Pentarium IX Tower' (total floor area approximately 173,201㎡), boasting the largest scale among planned knowledge industry centers in Guri City, Gyeonggi Province, has announced the sale of its dormitory, 'Guri Galmae Geumgang Pentarium IX Stay.' Guri Galmae Geumgang Pentarium IX Stay is located in the Guri area and consists of three basement floors to ten above-ground floors. The dormitory occupies floors 2 through 10, comprising 390 units with exclusive areas ranging from 29 to 39㎡. The detailed unit types are 162 units of 29㎡, 135 units of 35㎡, and 93 units of 39㎡.
