MBC's new TV series cast holds 1st script reading

The cast of an upcoming MBC TV series held their first script reading this week.

Lee Jang-woo, Park Gun-hyung and Kim Suna took part in the first reading of MBC's forthcoming drama tentatively titled "I do, I do," held in Ilsan on Tuesday, the show's promoter 3HW said on Friday.

"I thoroughly enjoyed our first reading and I can't wait till we begin shooting the series because it feels like a drama that I will never forget," Kim said in the statement released this morning.

In the series, helmed by Kang Dae-sun and written by Cho Jung-hwa, Kim plays Hwang Gina, a top designer for women's shoes, while Lee will take on the role of Park Tae-kang, who is an up-and-coming shoe designer.

The show will follow the story of women in their thirties who are looking for their prince charming. taking over the Wednesday and Thursday primetime spot on MBC after "Rooftop Prince" ends its run.
