Korean ballad group 2AM put up a strong fight against Big Bang for the No. 1 spot on both Gaon's weekly singles and album charts during the fourth week of March.
2AM’s new title track “I Wonder If You Hurt Like Me,” from the second mini-album “F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Way of Love,” made its debut atop the chart while the group’s other song “You Were Mine” sat in fourth place between March 11 and 17.
Big Bang, who has been spending the last two consecutive weeks sweeping the top spots with four of their title tracks, was pushed down a few spots with “FANTASTIC BABY” placing in the third, “BLUE” in the fifth, “BAD BOY” in the seventh and “LOVE DUST" in 12th place.
Meanwhile, actor Kim Soo-hyun, who was the male lead in the hit series “The Moon Embracing the Sun,” grabbed the No. 2 spot with the song "The One and Only You" listed in the drama's soundtrack.
A major change in the order was shown in the album chart as well with 2AM grabbing the top seed upon its release last week and two classic music albums bowing in at No. 2 and No. 3, while Big Bang's unstoppable fifth mini-album "ALIVE" dropped three spots to No. 4.
