German power band Helloween and Finnish band Stratovarius will hold a concert in Korea as part of their world tour in March.

According to both groups’ official website on Monday, Helloween and Stratovarius will rock the stage at the AX-Korea in Seoul on March 2 as one of the stops on their "The 7 Sinners World Tour 2010/11."

The tour began on October 31 in Europe after the release of Helloween's new album "7 Sinners" and they have since visited a number of countries including France, Spain, Poland and Italy with special guest performances by Stratovarius.

Both groups will continue with "The 7 Sinners World Tour 2010/11" into Japan, China, Taiwan and several other countries in South America.

Formed in the mid-1980s by members of Iron Fist and Powerfool, Helloween is known as one of the pioneers of the power metal bands in the German metal scene. They released their self-titled EP in 1985 and has since produced a number of albums such as "Walls of Jericho," "Master of the Rings" and recently "7 Sinners."

Stratovarius was formed in 1984 and is well-known for their albums featuring power metal and neoclassical metal. They have sold over 2.5 million records worldwide and is one of the most influential power metal bands alongside Helloween.
