The Youth Challenge Support Project consists of courses lasting 5, 15, and 25 weeks, and will be fully implemented from March. Participating youth can select and join a course suited to their individual circumstances.
The program includes practical courses such as job preparation training, speech training for improved communication, lectures by professionals, and beauty styling and profile photo shoots. Participants receive activity allowances and completion incentives for each course, and systematic support is provided for employment by linking with employment services such as the National Employment Support System.
